Bigpac TS big bag filling line is designed to meet the highest requirements and combines compactness, robust construction and innovative solutions. This ensures stable operation and meets the needs of the most demanding customers.
Design features
Bigpac TS is equipped with a telescopic filling tube and adjustable beams for hanging big bags on 2 and 4 loops. The telescopic tube allows for precise placement of the big bag, and the built-in flexible sleeve at the top of the tube ensures a secure connection to the distribution system, the lower clamp guarantees tightness during filling.
Filling process is as follows: the operator places the loops of an empty big bag on the hanger, connects the big bag opening to the filling tube, which is in the lower position at that time. Filling is started by simply pressing the "start" line control button, after which the tube rises up and the product is dosed automatically. After the process is completed, the big bag can be transported to the next stage.
Pneumatic clamp ensures a secure and dust-proof connection of the filling tube to the big bag, thanks to its inflation function after the big bag inlet is installed.
Big bag purging fan is an important function for filling bags with a loose inner lining. It allows the big bag to be inflated before filling, and during the process the fan stops and excess air is removed through an aspiration system, which must be connected to the plant's filtration system.
Pallet and weighing
Empty pallets can be placed at the bottom of the filler and then transported on the scale. For this purpose, a built-in platform is used, which can be easily accessed with a forklift.
Weighing system consists of 4 load cells located on the base of the structure and guarantees accurate dosing of the product into the big bags.

Design and materials
The equipment is made of high-quality materials:
- Stainless steel AISI 316 for elements in contact with the product.
- Steel EN 1.4301 and aluminum for structural parts.
- Stainless steel surfaces are treated to level 2B with acid brine, and carbon steel surfaces are coated with primer and two-component varnish, which ensures a long service life.
Conveyor system
1. Roller conveyors for pallet transport:
- Each roller is driven by a chain.
- Roller length: 1150 mm, diameter: 80 mm, pitch: 200 mm.
- Total section length: 1400 mm, height: 400 mm ±50 mm.
- Drive: gear motor.
2. Empty pallet magazine:
- Capacity: up to 15 pallets.
- Pneumatic feed for easy pallet transport.
3. Protective roller track protector installed between the rollers for safe pallet movement.
Control system
Siemens Simatic S7-1500 controls all filler functions via the operator touch panel. The Siemens SIWAREX WP351HF weighing module is integrated into the system to ensure accurate dosing and meets European MID requirements.
Configuration and components
All electrical equipment is manufactured according to the Swedish standard SS-EN 60204, which guarantees reliability and safety during operation. All cables are marked using the Partex system, and the components have an IP 55 protection class.
