A special device positions the bag with an electric drive on the loading opening for accurate filling. A programmable safety system integrated into the PLC ensures that the bag is correctly positioned on the filling tube: if it is incorrectly positioned, it is automatically replaced. In addition, a vacuum system activated by pneumatic ejectors cleans the grippers with compressed air, ensuring high hygiene throughout the entire process.
