3) Delivery of small and light cargo "fast import"
For delivery of small and light cargo we cooperate with airlines DHL, UPS, FedEx.

4) Delivery of large and heavy cargo
For delivery of large and heavy cargo we cooperate with ground logistics operators Raben Group Ukraine, TMM Express.

Receiving goods
To receive the delivered goods, you must present an identity document and the number of the consignment note, which our manager will inform you when placing the order.

Rules for receiving goods
- inspect it for possible defects and damage;
- check the completeness of the goods and the presence of accompanying documents (invoice, delivery note, warranty card).

If you do not inspect the goods at the time of receipt, we will not be able to compensate you for the costs of repairing the goods in case of damage or replace them. If any defects in the goods are found after delivery, you must contact the representative of the transport company with a request to draw up a corresponding Act. Leave the product in the warehouse and contact our manager.

1. Placing an Order
To start cooperation, place an order in our online store or contact our manager to clarify all the details of the order. After agreeing on all the terms, the manager will prepare an invoice, which will be sent to a convenient messenger for you. If necessary, an agreement can be drawn up.

2. Preparing documents
Our manager will prepare all the necessary documents for your order, including an invoice and an agreement if necessary. The invoice will contain the amount including VAT (value added tax). The agreement, if necessary, will regulate in detail the terms of cooperation, including terms, volumes and other important aspects. All documents comply with current legislation and ensure the protection of your interests.

3. Payment of the Invoice
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. You can make a payment through a bank based on the invoice provided. All our company details will be indicated on the invoice so that you can make the payment without any problems.

Warranty conditions from SKLADPAСK

1. Product warranty
SKLADPAСK guarantees uninterrupted operation of the Product for 12 months from the date of purchase. An extended warranty is available for an additional fee.

2. Conditions for materials
If the purchased product is a material, SKLADPAСK is not responsible for improper storage conditions of the product, which may lead to its damage or loss. Improper storage conditions include:
- Storing products outdoors, where they are exposed to precipitation, direct sunlight, high or low temperatures.
- Storing products in rooms with high humidity or insufficient ventilation, which may lead to corrosion or other damage.
- Placing products on surfaces that do not provide adequate protection against mechanical damage.
- Contact of products with chemically aggressive substances or other hazardous materials that may lead to damage.
- Storage of products in conditions that do not correspond to the manufacturer's recommendations for temperature and humidity conditions.

3. Conditions for equipment
If the purchased product is equipment, SKLADPAСK is not responsible for the reliability and durability of the product, and does not perform warranty repairs in the following cases:
- Damage or absence of warranty seals.
- Mechanical or chemical damage to the product.
- Insufficient or unqualified technical maintenance of the equipment.
- Unauthorized design configurations of the equipment.
- Use of the equipment for other purposes.
- Non-compliance of the parameters of the power supply network with the established standards.
- Transfer and operation of the equipment by third parties.
- Natural wear and tear of parts and electrical components.

4. Fulfillment of warranty obligations
